The human condition is what it is.  Some of us live in squalor.  Some of us are subjected to violence.  While others live in wealth and safety.<p>This is NOT God^s doing.<p>Calvinists say that God is to blame. (I guess Habakkuk was a Calvinist.)   But all God did was give man the ability to make decisions and the life to effect his plans.<p>The blame for the fall is on man.  The blame for the disease, violence and death - the human condition - is on man.<p>God is our Saviour, our Healer and our Deliverer in Christ Jesus.   But Habakkuk did not know this.
