Who gave Jesus this power and authority?  <br>His HolySpiritFather who had birthed Him, annointed Him and raised Him from the dead is the source of all things and Jesus is His express image.<p>Remember: -> Jesus is the eternal Word in flesh Joh 1:14 and -> the Word is inseparable from the HolySpirit Joh 1:1.<p>If all power in heaven and earth belongs to Christ Jesus there is no power or authority left for any other being in the universe.  <br>This means that He and He alone is -> MightyGod -> EverlastingFather -> Saviour -> Lord -> King Isa 9:6.<p>This verse speaks to the singleness of God as manifested in Christ Jesus. In the next verse Jesus tells us to teach and baptize people in His name as He is the Father, the Son and the HolySpirit.
