Jesus told His disciples at least twice that He would be crucified and would rise from the dead. They refused to hear what He said about that and so, when it actually happened, they did not believe. <p>It is important that we study the scriptures so that we can be convinced in our hearts about them. Do not sluff over challenging passages but challenge yourself to believe them and practice them.
