Jesus is getting to the orientation of the man`s heart and his understanding of who he is talking to and what he is actually asking for. Joh 17:3<p>But He is also making a profound, transcendental statement: There is no goodness to be found outside of God - the Holy SpiritOfChrist Jesus.<p>This is also the case with truth.  There is no truth to be found outside of Christ Jesus who is Truth manifested in the TriFoldTruth of -> the Body -> the Word and -> the Spirit <p>Goodness and Truth are One, found ONLY in Christ Jesus.
