CarnalMinded people have fits and spurts of doing Spiritually Good things. But their hearts are not really in it.<p>The Curse and Wrath of God is folded into His Spiritual Laws just as is the Blessing and Favor.<p>This verse is speaking to the fact that Esau chose to pursue life apart from God and would reap the Curse and Wrath of that decision.<p>Compared to the Glory that Jacob and his descendents experienced, Esau and his descendents were sad underachievers.<p>Remember, Jesus could have been born of Esau`s lineage instead of Jacob`s.<p>Instead of the Children of Israel it could have been, the Children of Esau.<p>What a monumental mistake Esau made in not valuing the Spiritual above the Physical.
