Jesus is the true light. Many artificial lights come and go. Philosophers try to shed light but it is only darkness. It is Christ`s will that all come to the light and that none have to go into outer darkness.<p>When it says ^every man^ it is talking about the light of life which brings each human being into existence.   So, we have the life that is born of water which produces every man and we have life that is born of the Spirit which produces a SonOfTheHolySpirit who has EternalLife.
