Note that the manifestation of this `filling` was in crafts and skills.  It did not represent and could not be the same as the filling that occurred on the Day of Pentecost Act 2:4.<p>The reason is that these men were not sancified by the shed blood of Jesus.<p>The terminology of the OldTestament regarding the HolySpirit is sometimes misleading, equating certain functions or manifestations as representing being filled when, in fact, the HolySpirit was merely inspiring such people or moving on such people.
