When Saul was converted He fully appreciated the new reality that he had glimpsed in Christ`s appearing to him. He willingly submitted himself to that revelation and upon being Baptised with the HolySpirit went to Arabia where the HolySpirit revealed Grace and faith to him. The HolySpirit who gave the revelation also empowered Paul to preach the Gospel.
