David acknowledges that he has not been that good ruler by whom his people are blessed.  However, he is aware of the Grace covenant that the Lord has made with him.<p>Our salvation is totally secured by the NewCovenant that is extremely one-sided.  All the work is by our Lord while all the benefits are ours.  <p>It is Grace.
