You are saved as a result of hearing and believing the WordOfTheLord regarding Christ Jesus - the Gospel - and receiving the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord by HeartFaith and the ConfessionOfYourMouth.<p>Then you are eligible to be SpiritBaptized.<p>WaterBaptism is a ritual. It has efficacy only as a public testimony to what has happened to us spiritually.   For this reason Paul did not place much importance on it.   He knew that the preaching of the Gospel is the power of the Holy Spirit unto salvation.
