The Lord does NOT make thing just happen except when it is obvious to all such as when Christ Jesus returns.   <p>In all other instances the Lord works with man.  <p> What this verse is saying is that when men turn to Him and begin to purse Kingdom goals that He adds His supernatural power to their efforts to hasten or expedite it coming to pass.
