The Sabbath was made for man Mar 2:27.   Christ Jesus is the Lord who spoke to Moses giving the Sabbath as a pointer to the day in which we rest in Him - the DayOfGrace.<p>The Sabbath was a ritual under the OldCovenant.  Under the NewCovenant it is a reality. <b class=highlight>Christ is our Sabbath.</b> We are to rest in Him.  That rest begins when we enter into SpiritualMarriage with Him by -> believing the GospelTruth -> receiving Christ^s HolySpirit -> absorbing His Word -> being OneWithHim.
