I suspect most of the war waged against Islam and the antichrist will be by believers. Accordingly, we see their souls in heaven under the altar.<p>Apparently it is their unwillingness to submit to Islam or the Antichrist along with their testimony of Christ Jesus and their preaching of the WordOfTheLord that results in their deaths.
