This is saying that it is totally wrong for the wicked to have rulership over the righteous. The power of authority will either lift up or destroy. <p>It is the will of the Lord that only men who honour Him should rule over men.<p>Rulers who do not honour the Lord should be overthrown by men. Otherwise, all men will turn to iniquity.<p>We have moral right and responsilbility to remove the evil ruler who disregards the Lord and calls evil good and good evil.
