The HolySpirit has never left the earth.   He manifests according to the desires of man.  When man is preoccupied with carnality, He does not manifest.   When they hunger and thirst for Him, He manifests.<p>Procreation is ordained of the Lord and all plants, animals and humans participate in His plan.
