The Jewish leadership which consisted of ScribesPhariseesAndHypocrites despised Jesus and plotted against Him from the beginning.<p>Our Lord`s heart was broken by rejection He endured.  In His brutal death the Jews turned their faces away in a combination of shame and reproach toward Him.
