Isaiah asks these questions because of the foolishness of the people of his day. They had turned their backs on the knowledge of God and become brute beasts in their living - totally carnal.<p>God <b>IS</b> whether man acknowledges Him or not. He will validate the faith of the saints in TheJudgment. Those who have rejected the knowledge of the Truth will be cast into the LakeOfFire.
