How is it that this man never encountered Jesus while He was here on earth?<br>I suspect it was because he never called out to Jesus.<p>There is no record of Jesus approaching a person in need and just unilaterally healing them.<p>Jesus responds to faith. <br>Healing comes by faith. <br>Miracles come by faith.<p>Where there was unbelief Jesus did very few miracles.
