We see that Lydia is a believer in Christ Jesus as MightyGod and Saviour.   We see that the Lord had already opened her heart.  We see that she was attending to the WordOfTheLord by the Apostle Paul<p>So, was Lydia saved?   Was she a Christian?  No doubt she was as she was interacting with the Lord at the heart level.
