The message here is that the only help we should extend to those outside of Christ is to lead them to Christ.  Now, this leading to Christ may include meeting their Physical needs but we ought never meet the Physical needs of a person outside of Christ since they have taken a position of Enemy of God.<p>Jehu rebuked Jehoshaphat for making such a mistake.  We cannot make the same mistake and remain in God`s Favor.
