Here is what will happen:
We will see the rolling out of digital I Ds and digital currency to enable humanity to be controlled centrally.   

Once this is in place the Beast and his reps in the various countries will lean on their people to get their digital Ids and convert their dollars to digital credits.   

This will be the major sign that the beast is ready to socialize all wealth, all assets under his control.   

Once he has the control he needs, he will require all registered people to abide by the rules of his system.   He will be able to control all transactions for every person through his AI computing network.   

Religious activity, refusal to get a digital ID, refusal to turn in your dollars, etc.   will infuriate him and his henchmen.   

Christian's who have not taken his mark, name or number will be blamed for the destruction that follows from his failed policies to affect the atmosphere, farmland, water resources, energy usage, health, reproduction, etc.   

Those failed policies drive the Great Tribulation natural catastrophes (along with Satan and his Angel's who are released.   

The Beast will run a disinformation campaign against the non-conforming Christian's.   

At some point he will have support to begin a genocide program against Christian's.   

This is what prompts the return of Christ, the rapture and the day of wrath.   

At the end of the day of wrath Jesus will descend from the clouds with His bride to the Mount of Olives and enjoy the marriage supper with them on earth.   

In the ensuing days, Jesus will meet with each of us to reward us for that which we have done for His Kingdom, assigning roles for us to rule and reign with Him for the 1000 years.   

At the end of the 1000 years the rest of the dead will be raised, judged and cast into the Lake of Fire.
