Title: Not Born Again of the Holy Spirit Of Christ Jesus

Unregenerated is the state of every person who has not done the following:
That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that His Holy Spirit has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.
This is the encapsulation of Grace, clearly pointing out our part which is faith in Jesus and confession of Him as risen Lord and Saviour.

The implication of our part being to believe on Jesus Christ and confess Him as risen Lord, is that He has done everything else!
It is why we call it amazing Grace!
It is why the gospel is nearly too good to be true!

Who raised Jesus from the dead?
He raised Himself by His Holy Spirit .

For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
It is Heart Faith that enables the miracle of the New Birth.

It is our personal confession of Jesus as Mighty God, Creator and loving Saviour that seals that miracle.

Such remain in the fallen state they inherited from the Original Sin of Adam.
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
Adam sinned and the Sin Nature arose in him and was passed to us all.

And that state is compounded by their own individual sin.
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of the Lord;
This statement must be acknowdged in order for a person to be saved by Grace.     Not to do so or to disagree with it implies that Jesus` death was unnecessary.

But God loved and created mankind because He had a great plan for us.   And so, He provided a way for us to be redeemed from that lost state.
For the Holy Spirit so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
The Holy Spirit is the eternal, omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent Creator of all things by the Word.

What world is John speaking of?
The earth and all the people born into humanity.

The Holy Spirit is love and love is of the Holy Spirit.

The world was created by our Lord and it is good.     We know that man chose rebellion against the Holy Spirit and so humanity became evil.     But the Holy Spirit loves the people of this world and so He birthed Christ Jesus into the world to redeem it and us.

The Gospel is heard and those who are hungry are lead by the Holy Spirit to believe and receive the Truth.

The Truth sets us free from sin, from death and hell and brings us to Eternal Life by the infilling of the Holy Spirit.

Here is understanding:
    Everlasting Life is Eternal Life
Eternal Life is union with the Holy Spirit.

For the Holy Spirit sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Condemnation is of Satan.     He tempted Eve to cause her to fall into condemnation.     He is our accuser.     He hates humanity.

But the Lord loves us and desires for us to be saved - to experience eternal, abundant life.

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
The Holy Spirit is love and His love is manifest in Christ who made it possible for us to be born of His Holy Spirit and so be In Christ.

But, He gives us the choice between life and death.     When a person receives Christ Jesus they receive Eternal Life.     When a person rejects Christ Jesus they enter into Eternal Death against the Lord`s will.

This verse totally undermines the false doctrine of Extreme Sovereignty.     We do not see all men coming to repentance so the Lord`s will is not done with respect to every human being.

We know He redeemed us from
    the power of sin,
    the wages of sin and
    Eternal Damnation.

But what did He deliver us to?
The thief comes not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
The thief is Satan who is the inspiration for all the evil in the world.
Whereas the `I` is Jesus who offers us Eternal Life and Abundant Life.

This verse is a powerful statement contrasting the nature of the enemy with the nature of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Note that the enemy takes by force what is ours, while we must appropriate by faith what is ours in Christ Jesus.
The appropriation is not a `one and done` thing.     Rather, it is an ongoing process throughout our lives on this earth.

Jesus has given us His life in giving us His Holy Spirit who is in every believer who has asked to be filled.     We aught to invoke His life into every aspect of our walk in the earth.

And if children, then heirs; heirs of the Lord, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
Joint Heirs means that we share in all things - the glory and the persecution.

Behold, what manner of love the Holy Spirit Father has bestowed upon us, that we should be called His sons: therefore the world knows us not, because it knew him not.
The calling is not just the naming but is the effecting of us as Sons Of The Holy Spirit.     It is when our words and actions proceed from the transformed Mind and Holy Spirit unction that our calling is effected.

The glory of Christ is what He willed and accomplished for us by enduring the cross and raising Himself from the dead - sonship in the New Birth by His Holy Spirit as joint heirs of all that the Father has.

What world is John talking about?
He is talking about the people on earth who are Carnal Minded having never received the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Those who are Carnal Minded cannot understand those who have become Spiritual Minded by receiving the Truth and being Born Again.

Beloved, now are we the sons of the Holy Spirit, and it does not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
We know that the Creator ( Jesus Christ ) made all living things to produce after its kind .      So, when we think about being a Son Of The Holy Spirit we aught to see ourselves as like our Heavenly Father who manifests Himself in Spirit Soul And Body - the Lord Jesus Christ.

When we believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and confess Him as our risen Saviour we are born of the Word and the Holy Spirit as New Spirit beings.

Accordingly, we are now Sons Of The Holy Spirit, even in these mortal bodies.     What glory we will experience in the translation at His appearing!

The `appearing` of Christ has a two-fold meaning.
Jesus will return with every eye seeing Him and with us being translated from corruptible to incorruptible.     We will be gloriously changed into perfection
The spiritual revelation of our identity in Christ is also an appearing of Christ in our psyche.

When we begin to see ourselves as New Spirit beings empowered by the Holy Spirit we become like Christ Jesus.     The Mind Of Christ becomes our mind with the associated manifestation of His power and His authority.     -

With respect to trinitarianism, is this verse saying that we will be three persons in one as we will be like Him?
Of course not.     We are already like Him in form - Spirit Soul And Body - and we shall be like Him in quality when the corruptible puts on incorruption at His appearing and our translation .

Blessed and holy is he that has part in the first resurrection: on such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of the Lord and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
We who are translated at Christ`s return will be forever with the Lord.

We will reign with Him to create a kingdom based on love, faith, freedom and responsibility.     That kingdom will flourish in accordance with the Law Of The Lord.

And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of the Lord is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and the Lord himself shall be with them, and be their Lord.
Is this our future or our present or both?     It is both

Each of us have a body and that body is the temple of the Holy Spirit .
We are bought with the price of Jesus` blood .
We are now Sons Of The Holy Spirit .

But, we have not yet been fully redeemed.     Our Spirit is new, but our soul and body are waiting for redemption which will occur at His appearing.

At Jesus` return we will see the perfect fulfillment of this prophecy.     Our faith will then be sight as we see Him face to face

Until then, walk in Newness Of Life in the Holy Spirit and the Word by faith .

His lord said unto him, Well done, you good and faithful servant: you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things: enter you into the joy of your lord.
The Lord blesses manifold.     The law of multiplication works in the kingdom.
