There are millions of seriously overweight people in America.
I have come up with a diet that allows the dieter to eat anything they want and as much as they want.
However, this diet specifies how often you eat. The frequency of eating is determined by one's own system.
Click the link below to watch a video with the details of this life-changing diet.
Just a joke. There is no link. There is no video. This is how the diet works:
1. Today you eat as often and as much as you like.
2. Tomorrow you don't eat until you have had a bowel movement. Water ONLY.
3. After the bowel movement you can eat as much as you want that day.
4. Repeat this process for the rest of your life.
Stipulation: Only natural bowel movements. No laxatives, enemas etc.
I arrived at this diet system after years of study. Actually, that is not true. I only recently came up with the idea by observing how my desire for food is inversely related to how bloated I feel.
I am convinced that many people eat solely on the basis of the clock or false hunger pangs. As a result, they not only have food in their lower digestive tracts but in their stomachs as well.
Our bodies extract from foods as long as they are in our system. We are not really undernourished until there are no nutrients in our digestive system for the body to extract.
Drinking water serves to:
➛ keep ourselves hydrated
➛ provide lubrication for our digestive system
➛ enable the extraction of nutrients
It is a fact that our gut gets stretched as we push more food into it. By allowing the body time to eliminate waste mass we make room for new food mass without gut stretching pressure.
As to what we eat, there are great theories and diets about this. Choose your own content to increase energy and cell reproduction. But knowing how addictive we are to certain foods, that is monumental and often impossible hurdle to cross.
Though I am not privy to a lot of the thinking on the effect of various food stuffs, there are obviously ones which will enhance regularity thus creating a better cycle of eating and water-fasting.
But, you have to start somewhere.
