For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
Water Baptism is a symbol.     Spirit Baptism is the real deal.     Nothing done in the flesh has spiritual, eternal value.      Only that which happens in the Spirit Realm is eternal.     

Men perform Water Baptism.     Men submit to men for Water Baptism.     

The Holy Spirit performs Spirit Baptism.     Men submit to the Holy Spirit for Spirit Baptism.     

We can submit ourselves to men to be baptized into their fellowship.     

We must submit ourselves to the Holy Spirit to be Spirit Baptized into the Body Of Christ.     

When a person is Water Baptized they do not drink of the water.     

When a person is Spirit Baptized they begin an existence of drinking of the Holy Spirit.     

We cannot overemphasize the oneness of the Holy Spirit with those whom He fills.     We are individuals with separate consciousnesses (soul) and bodies but we are simultaneously one in the Holy Spirit Of Christ Jesus.
