Unlike the paganism of the past, where mighty gods and goddesses were imagined, statues and temples built for them and stories told about them, we have institutionalized paganism.   

Secular Humanism may be the largest religion in the world today in terms of adherents.   The power of Secular Humanism is in its elevation of mankind as its main god.   

There are lesser gods who serve mankind:
   ➛ science experts
   ➛ medical experts
   ➛ climate experts
   ➛ policy experts
   ➛ sociology experts
   ➛ and a myriad of other experts

Why do I call these experts gods?   A god:
   ➛ has power
   ➛ is revered
   ➛ exercises control

Many people do not consider themselves religious because they do not follow some traditional religion.   However, it is impossible for a person to be irreligious in the sense that they do not believe in some power that they value and enable to control them.   

We see and hear people making statements about finances, health, policy, science and morality as leaders or experts in those areas.   They exercise authority by credentials, popularity and position.   

When an expert makes an authoritative statement that proves to be invalid that person is effectively a Secular Prophet who is a False Prophet.   

Society castigates religious False Prophets with ferocity.   However, there seems to be a complete disconnect from what a Secular Prophet says and the people's judgment of those statements relative to reality.   

This is an indication that people have chosen to be deceived by the False Prophets of their False Gods.   

If we are to recover from the sad state that this self-imposed delusion has brought on society we must repent and turn to the Lord Jesus Christ.   

Repentance is recognizing that one has been wrong and determines to change directions.   Trusting in man is foolish.   We have verified that many times throughout history and again recently.   

Our Lord Jesus Christ is the incarnation of His Holy Spirit Father who created all things by His Word and power for His pleasure.   His pleasure is for us to be in intimate personal relationship with Him.   

The Word in our minds and our spirit joined with His Spirit is the measure of success for every human being.   

A true True Prophet will communicate the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ referencing His love, His Grace and His forecast for our future.   

A Secular Prophet may be legitimate or not.   We judge such based on the validity of their statements.   Unless a Secular Prophet is underpinned by the Word Of The Lord and the Love Of The Truth they will inevitably speak to achieve their own aggrandizement.   

For this reason, we must require every Secular Prophet to whom we give credence to be a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ.
