If you do not have His laws written in your heart, you are not saved.
In the New Birth we receive a New Spirit which is a part of the Holy Spirit. That spirit is perfect - in complete and total agreement with the Holy Spirit.
That New Spirit is supposed to rule your soul (mind, will and emotions).
If it does not, you have not come under the Authority Of Christ which means He is NOT your Lord.
