For the earth is the Lord`s, and the fulness thereof. 1Co 10:26 The Lord owns everything.     We occupy His earth, breath His air, eat the fruit of His ground.      Those who understand this are likely believers in Christ Jesus or potential believers.     Those who don`t are deceived by Satan into believing everything just happened.     Such people are in gross darkness.      Can atheists be saved?     Yes, because the Gospel is the power of the Lord unto salvation Rom 1:16 Rom 10:17 Heb 11:6 Mar 16:15

That settles ownership - or does it?   

And if children, then heirs; heirs of the Lord, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. Rom 8:17 Joint Heirs means that we share in all things - the glory and the persecution.

Wherefore you are no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of the Lord through Christ. Gal 4:7 We went from servants of the Law to sonship and so heirs of the Holy Spirit.

Let me see, the earth is the Lord`s.   But He made us His heirs.   When our Lord died, His will went into effect.   It follows that we should inherit what belonged to Him.   

Now, before anyone gets excited let me state clearly that this inheritance is effective only when we are in Christ.   

So, technically, the Lord`s estate stays intact even though His will (covenant) is testated.   

The point being made here is that the earth belongs to the Lord`s children.   

What does this mean?   

First of all we are commanded what to do:

And he said unto them, Go you into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Mar 16:15 This is the Great Commission.     It is still in force.     We are expected to carry the Gospel to every creature.      Jesus did not expect every person to believe, but He wants us to make sure all nations hear the Gospel as it is a criteria for His return.     Mat 24:14

The purpose of this command was for us to make non-believers into Believers, i.e.   Children of the Lord.   

There is no land-grab implied by our ownership of earth.   We are to focus on the gospel of Christ Jesus.   

Jesus told us:

But seek you first the kingdom of heaven, and the Lord's righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Mat 6:33    ➛ To seek means to go after in order to obtain.         ➛ Kingdom Of Heaven implies there is a domain and a king over that domain.         ➛ Heaven is the Spirit Realm.         ➛ His Righteousness is not our righteousness.         ➛ His righteouseness is Himself    ➛ these things constitute Abundant Life Understanding and adopting this Spiritual Law is the secret to Abundant Life.      So, how do we seek righteousness?      We believe the Gospel and receive the righteousness of the Lord Jesus Christ by faith in Him.      The Kingdom Of Heaven is the Kingdom Of Christ in whom resides all power in heaven and earth.

Hence, by focusing on the gospel we defacto receive the material aspects of our inheritance.   

This happens, though, as we attack every stronghold of the enemy.   

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Eph 6:12 The point of this verse is clarity.     Evil is spiritual disease.     Good is spiritual health.     Evil issues from Satan.     Good issues from the Holy Spirit.      We are to see past the physical manifestation of good and evil to the spirit that inspires it.     In so doing, we operate from a position of superiority, enabling us to deal effectively to cast out the evil and to promote the good.      Flesh and blood is needed to impact the people of earth in the Physical Realm.     That is why the Lord made Himself a body and we called Him Jesus whose purpose was to redeem us from our lost state.     Likewise, Satan uses flesh and blood people to do his work in the earth.      Spiritual Wickedness is the foundation for the attacks against our faith and our work for the Kingdom Of God.      That Spiritual Wickedness comes from Satan through His deception of mankind.     Darkness is where Satan rules, using his powers of persuasion to convince men to turn away from the Lord.      When a person rejects Christ they become a Child Of Satan and unknowlingly or willingly become his instrument to steal, kill and destroy.      Flesh and blood are inspired and motivated by the spirit and soul inside it.      The spirit of every person who has not been born again is a Sin Nature.     The soul of every person who has not been Born Again is Carnal Minded.      A Sin Nature spirit and a Carnal Minded soul make for the person a tool of Satan.      Just as our spirit and soul manifests Christ, the unregenerated have spirits and souls manifesting Satan.      We do war against people who are Children Of Satan.

So, we must spread the gospel in High Places in order take ownership.   

Any non-believer who is in a position of authority on earth is a squatter, a pretender.   

And I say also unto you, That you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Mat 16:18 The rock is the Testimony Of Jesus Christ.     It is what saves us and enables us to overcome.     Rev 12:11 The church is the Body Of Christ made up of people with the Testimony Of Jesus Christ.      The Gates Of Hell are those things which keep people in bondage Joh 8:36 Mat 10:8.      The Gates Of Hell will not withstand the church when the church wields the Testimony Of Jesus Christ.

We are to unseat the enemy by converting his followers into Believers.   

Let`s get to work!   

Don`t be afraid of the giants.   

We are well able to take the land!   

Though we are Heirs the ownership of ourselves is clearly the Lord.   He owns us:

By Creation :

The earth is the Lord`s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. Psm 24:1 Everything belongs to the Lord and He gives it to whom He will.

By Redemption :

For you are bought with a price: therefore glorify the Lord in your body, and in your spirit, which are the Lord`s. 1Co 6:20 We belong to Him, bought by His own life.     Rom 12:1

By Infilling :

What?     know you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have of the Lord, and you are not your own? 1Co 6:19 Paul is making it clear that our body should be used by the Holy Spirit.     Our body is corrupted and corruptible so it is just a vehicle for communicating the Gospel.     It will have to be translated to incorruptible at His appearing for it to enter the Kingdom Of Heaven 1Co 15:50.      Since you are a New Spirit being In Christ, the challenge is to invert the order of dominance in your life.      Rather than being motivated by the flesh first, emotions second and spirit third, you should be motivated by the New Spirit which directs your soul which controls your body.      The Holy Spirit and your New Spirit are one.      By following the new order of spirit, soul then body, the Holy Spirit is able to direct your life, using your body as His vehicle just as He did our Lord Jesus Christ.      For this new order to be effected, your mind (soul) must be transformed to the Mind Of Christ.

And I have given you a land for which you did not labour, and cities which you built not, and you dwell in them; of the vineyards and oliveyards which you planted not do you eat. Jos 24:13

Our Lord has always taken the lands that the Heathens and pagans have squatted on and given them to His people.   

Those to whom the Lord gave the land had to go into the land and possess it.   Abraham did, Joshua did and persecuted Christians did.   

When Jesus finished His work on calvary and rose from the dead, all power in heaven and earth was given to Him.   Mat 28:18

Jesus became Lord of Lords and King of Kings.   - Rev 17:14 Rev 19:16

This means that everything belongs to Christ Jesus.   

Those who receive Him as Lord and Saviour become co-heirs with Him.   - Rom 8:17
This means that Christians are co-owners of all things with Christ.   

It means that those outside of Christ are squatting on His property and may legally be removed at any time.   

No secular laws or kingdoms take precedence over the spiritual kingdom of Christ Jesus.   

Again, non-Christians have no moral or legal ground for occupying any portion of the earth.   Any that they are occupying is by Grace.
