What do you think of Jesus?   

The answer to that question gives meaning to receiving Jesus.   

Many have received Jesus as the Son Of God only.   

What do I mean by `only`?   
I mean that they visualize another physical being ( God) who fathered Jesus.   They see this other physical being (whom they don`t really know) as being the `real God` or the `main God`.   

Such `believers` therefore see Jesus as just a servant to the greater physical being called God.   Accordingly, they give honor to Jesus as a servant but give their praise to His Father - God.   

Now, this perception is totally consistent with trinitarianism.   

However, if a person receives Jesus as `junior God` or `lesser God`, the question is: "How does a person receive God?"

In other words, is there still a person with whom you need to make arrangements?   
Is there some other authority which could intervene in your salvation?   

There are millions of Christians who doubt their standing with `God` who profess to have believed and received Christ Jesus as their Saviour.   

This is utter foolishness.   It is effectively blaspheming Jesus - denying Him as Mighty God and Everlasting Father.   

Why is the church so weak today?   Why is it ineffective in reaching the masses?   Could it be in their denying the Lord Jesus Christ as `God`.   

Think about it.   Jews think Christians are polytheistic.   Muslims think Christians are polytheistic.   Both the Jews and the Muslims know better.   

Hear, O Israel: the Lord our Lord is one Lord: Deu 6:4 How much plainer can it be made?     There are not three gods or persons, there is only one being who is Lord and His name is Jesus.      Jesus Is Lord When you read or hear the word, Lord, think Jesus.

You say that is Old Testament and Jesus had not yet come.   

Jesus says unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet have you not known me, Philip?     he that has seen me has seen the Holy Spirit Father; and how say you then, Show us the Holy Spirit Father? Joh 14:9 Jesus states categorically who He is - the express image of the Father.     Joh 18:5 You can hear the hurt and amazement in Jesus` voice as He responds.      Jesus tells Philip that He is the Father.     He then rebukes Philip for even doubting that He is the Father.

I and my Father are one. Joh 10:30 Yes!     The whole Truth comes out.      Jesus is the Lord (deity).      God (deity) is Jesus.      God (deity) is Spirit, hence He is the Holy Spirit.     The Holy Spirit made Himself a physical body and we call Him Jesus Mat 1:18 Luk 1:35.      It is through the body and soul of Jesus that His Holy Spirit expresses Himself in the Physical Realm.      There are not three.     There is One and His name is Jesus the express image of His Holy Spirit Heb 1:3.         ➛ Do you know the name of the Father?         ➛ Do you know the name of the Holy Spirit?         ➛ Do you know the name of the Son?      There is One name of the One Creator and His name is Jesus.         ➛ It is in that name that we are saved.         ➛ It is in that name that we are healed.         ➛ It is in that name that all who reject Him will be judged.      Just as you are Spirit Soul And Body, so is our Lord Jesus Christ in whose image we were created and by whose sacrifice we are redeemed.     Gen 1:26

Uh-oh!   Jesus clearly identifies Himself as the Father.   

Alright, so Jesus and the Father are one.   
But what about the Holy Spirit part of the trinity>

But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, you son of David, fear not to take unto you Mary your wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. Mat 1:20 Jesus was fathered by the Holy Spirit.     Later when we hear Jesus talk about the Father, He is talking about the Holy Spirit.

And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Spirit shall come upon you, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow you: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of you shall be called the Son of the Holy Spirit. Luk 1:35 Since the Holy Spirit birthed Jesus, the last phrase in this verse could be rendered: the Son of the Holy Spirit.         ➛ God is the generic term for divinity.         ➛ God is Spirit Joh 4:24.         ➛ Therefore Divinity is Spirit.         ➛ The supreme divine Spirit is the Holy Spirit    ➛ Christ Jesus is the image of His Holy Spirit.         ➛ Jesus is God.     Isa 9:6 Joh 20:28 Mat 1:18

These verses tell us that the Father of Jesus is the Holy Spirit.   

This means that Jesus and the Holy Spirit are one.   

So, just as preincarnate Jesus revealed to Moses and Israel in Deuteronomy, `God` is one.   

Jesus is the Body and Soul of His Holy Spirit.   Jesus is Spirit Soul And Body just as we are who are created in His image.   

Receive Jesus as the only true and living God.   

How do you do that?   
   ➛ by receiving the Words of Jesus
   ➛ by receiving His HolySpirit
   ➛ by denying the existence of any alternative deity

That last one is a hang-up for trinitarians.   Don`t be a trinitarian polytheist any longer.   

Receive Jesus as the totality of `God`.   
   ➛ He is the Way, the Truth and the Life
   ➛ He has all power in heaven and earth
   ➛ His name is the only name for salvation
   ➛ He is the righteous judge
   ➛ He is the resurrection
   ➛ He is the express image of `God`

As you do so, you will enter into a place of intimacy and power with Him by virtue of His Holy Spirit bearing witness to you that you are in the Truth.   

And whatsoever you shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Holy Spirit Father may be glorified in the Son. Joh 14:13 Whatsoever You Shall Ask    ➛ `Whatsoever` has no bounds, no limits.         ➛ Can you, will you believe what Jesus says here?      In My Name    ➛ Jesus wants us to ask for whatever we desire using His name.         ➛ Why In Jesus` Name?               → Jesus is God's name          → It is only polite to speak to God using His name.               → It demonstrates our faith in Jesus as God, our provider          → When we ask In Jesus` Name, His Holy Spirit Father in us performs the work and in so doing validates Jesus as His express image glorifying Himself In Christ Jesus.      Glorified In The Son    ➛ speaks to the fact that we can only know the Father through the Son.         ➛ The Holy Spirit Father incarnated Himself in Christ Jesus by whom He reveals Himself to us in thought, in Word and in action.         ➛ When we ask In Jesus` Name and the answer comes, we understand that is by the Spirit Of Christ Jesus in us and so the Holy Spirit Father is glorifed.      Now we have the Father in us so that we are One with Him even as our Lord Jesus Christ is One with His Holy Spirit Father Joh 17:11,21,22,23.      How does answered prayer glorify our Heavenly Father?         ➛ Jesus is the express image of His Holy Spirit Father.         ➛ It is by the power of His Holy Spirit Father that this promise is kept.      Think about how asking and not receiving actually denigrates our Heavenly Father.     It makes Him appear unconcerned, unloving.      Jesus was the original faith preacher.     So, when He makes a statement like this, He assumes you have taken to heart His command: Have Holy Spirit faith!      Mar 11:22 Faith is not something we conjure up.     It comes by hearing believing and receiving the Word Of The Lord.      When we hear, believe and receive the Word, the Holy Spirit in us can manifest His fruit of supernatural faith, which can accomplish anything Mar 9:23.      Get into the Word until you have faith in it.     Then when you speak the Word it will accomplish our Lord`s purpose by His Holy Spirit Isa 55:11.

You have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that you should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever you shall ask of the Holy Spirit Father in my name, he may give it you. Joh 15:16 Jesus directly called the 12.      Were you directly called?     Not until you heard the Gospel.     When you heard the Gospel the Holy Spirit revealed to you that it is Truth.     This is the calling that we receive.     Our response to it seals our being chosen.      The 12 had to follow Jesus in order to seal their calling and be chosen.      The Holy Spirit is given to us to empower us to ask and receive, to bear fruit, and to live in Christ`s authority.

At that day you shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Holy Spirit Father for you: Joh 16:26 The disciples` dependency on the physical body of Jesus was being broken.     He is now directing the disciples to His Holy Spirit Father who will give us what we ask Mar 11:24.

For the Holy Spirit Father himself loves you, because you have loved me, and have believed that I came out from the Holy Spirit. Joh 16:27 The Holy Spirit loves those who believe and receive His manifestation in Christ Jesus.      By our faith In Christ we have access to the Throne Of Grace to which we can come boldly, confidently to receive whatever we have need of.     Heb 4:16

When you pray, talk to the Holy Spirit ( Father) of Christ Jesus using His name: Jesus.   That is what it means to pray or speak in the Name Of Jesus.   

I am sure that you now understand who Jesus is.   
The question is: " Will you fully Receive Jesus or cling to polytheism?`

But whoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father who is in heaven. Mat 10:33 Jesus is saying that to willfully and verbally deny Him before men is the Unpardonable Sin.      Why is believing on Jesus and confessing Him before men so important?         ➛ Because Jesus is `God`.      No one can be accepted by `God` who has rejected Him.      Jesus states that a person`s words against Him requires Him to speak against them to His Holy Spirit Father.      What does that mean?         ➛ It means that His Holy Spirit will not dispense Grace to the denier and so leave them to inevitable destruction.      If Jesus is not a person`s advocate before His Holy Spirit they are condemned to the Lake Of Fire Mat 12:32.      Faithfulness is a characteristic of our Lord Jesus Christ.     If faithfulness is not a part of a person`s character they will deny Him eventually.      A person`s denial of Him will require His denial of them.      See Denying Jesus for clarity on how unbelievers of different levels Deny Jesus.

Not every one that says unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Mat 7:21 Jesus is talking to Jews, those who did not receive Him as Mighty God.     He was not talking to the believers in Him.      Jesus Christ is God.     Faith in Christ Jesus is critical.     Faith in God apart from Jesus is unacceptable.      The will of the Holy Spirit Father is that you Receive Jesus as Mighty God, hearing, believing and receiving His Words and His Holy Spirit.

Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name?     and in your name have cast out devils?     and in your name done many wonderful works? Mat 7:22 Jesus was talking to Jews who called upon God but denied Jesus as God.     In their rejection of Jesus they would stand before God in the judgment and proclaim their works on God`s behalf.     But because of their denial of Jesus in the flesh, Jesus would deny them.      God is just the generic name for deity.     Calling upon God will not save anyone.     Jesus is the express image of the only true and living deity.     It is in the name Jesus that anyone is saved.

And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity. Mat 7:23 Jesus was talking to Jews who rejected Him as very God.     This is why He would reject them in the judgment despite their works.

Therefore whoever hears these sayings of mine, and does them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: Mat 7:24 It is wisdom to believe on the Lord Jesus and to do His words.

And every one that hears these sayings of mine, and does them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: Mat 7:26 Not doing the words of Jesus is a sign of unbelief in Jesus which is the height of foolishness.      We build by doing.
