Humbly is how we approach God in the Flesh.
Boldly is how we approach God in the Spirit.
That no flesh should glory in his presence. -
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. -
Timidness and Fear rob people of opportunity. Fear is Unbelief.
Great feats are accomplished through boldness. The person who acts Boldly believes they will be successful. They act in Faith.
We have no Natural right to approach God. But in Christ Jesus we have every Spiritual right to come Boldly into His presence because He is our Father.
Paul said he could do all things by the strength of Christ Jesus. So can you if you believe you have the Spirit of boldness in you.
It all comes back to Faith.
