This will enable total control of the people on earth regardless of ethnicity or nationality.
Only those who reject his technological, financial and political stranglehold will be saved.
Why? Because as a Jew he will demand denial of Christ Jesus as Mighty God, Savior and Lord in order to be credentialized into his system.
