People need to be in relationship with Christ Jesus in which we learn why we were created and how we are dependent on Him for everything in life including our existence.   

Such awareness and relationship is our natural balance point.   Anything else we try is a drug to enable us to just cope.   

Christ Jesus loves you and wants you to know Him as He knows you.   

All you have to do is turn and look into His eyes which can only by seen by His Word and His Holy Spirit.
