The following is from Catholic ⇒
Catholic simply means 'universal'. It is a man-made organization just as is the case with every Protestant denomination.
Christianity is defined by intimate, personal relationship with Jesus Christ. That relationship comes about as a result of
➛ repentance for rebellion and error
➛ recognizing that Jesus is Mighty God
➛ believing that Jesus is the Truth about God
➛ receiving the Words of Christ into one's heart
➛ being filled with the Holy Spirit of Christ Jesus
➛ fellowshipping with Christ
➛ being a disciple of Christ
➛ teaching others to be disciples of Christ
Christianity has nothing at all to do with ritual which is nothing more than gross religion.
Regardless of what organization one is a member of or what building one attends or what teacher one follows, intimate personal relationship with Christ Jesus is the only way to be saved.
The Catholic hierarchy is rotten and has always been rotten because it sought to replace personal relationship with ritual and authority and dogma.
Catholics need to repent of bowing to men instead of to Christ Jesus.
The Catholic Church is, as is true of every church, a man made organization.
➛ It is a construct.
➛ It is not a living being.
➛ It is an idol.
We were created to be in intimate, personal relationship with our God who is Christ Jesus, the express image of His Holy Spirit Father.
Relationship is real. It involves 2 beings - you and God.
Forms, objects, rituals, catechisms and sacraments are substitutes for the real.
The 'real' is you being IN Christ Jesus by His Word abiding in you and you abiding in His Holy Spirit.
It is Christ, the head of His spiritual body, and each of us members in particular of His body by His indwelling Holy Spirit with NO intermediaries. You are seated with Christ in heavenly places.
You are now a Son of God. You can come boldly to the Throne of Grace. You will be raised at Christ's return by His Holy Spirit in you. There will be no roll call.
Anything or anyone who diverts a person from this reality is NOT serving Christ nor the people whom they guide.
