Jesus came to set us free . A person who sins 'constantly' has not been set free. The question is 'why'? The answer is 'they do not want to be free'.
To deny the Truth is to deny Christ. Jesus sets us free but ONLY when we want to be.
The heart of a person to keep sinning is the heart of a person who is still in rebellion against the LORDSHIP of Jesus Christ.
The Holy Spirit comes to 'set the captive free' , so we as believers can administer deliverance to any person who WANTS TO BE FREE.
Any other message to the person in bondage to sin is DECEPTION making them think that some sort of confession and ritual establishes them in relationship with Christ Jesus. It does not.
The salvation transaction is fundamentally a heart-based transaction.

➛ You will know them by their fruit .
➛ The believer becomes a New Creature
We are not servants to sin . We are servants to Jesus Christ.
We are not to let sin reign in our mortal bodies .
Whoseover you obey, you are servants to him to whom you obey .
Repentance, which is fundamental to being born again, is a turning away from self to Christ Jesus.
Continuing to serve self (sin) is evidence that a person has not turned to Christ.
