When looting breaks out in a major city as a result of the absence of law enforcement the shops are stripped and suffer extensive damage.
We now are in the throes of national looting in which the culprits are not from ghettos but gated communities and virtually every agency of government - at every level.
Unless we start bringing these looters to justice, they will continue their looting and will go for more and more expensive items until there is no incentive to rebuild and the entire country becomes nothing but a ghetto.
